4. Final Sale Products

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, all underwear, leak-proof underwear, incontinence underwear, and other intimate apparel sold by Fluxe & Co are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered, regardless of whether the product has been worn, tried on, washed, opened, or remains in its original packaging. The only exceptions are products that arrive damaged, defective, or that were incorrectly shipped by us, as described in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that these products are sold in accordance with this final-sale policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes, responsibilities, and procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Title to the products passes upon full payment. Responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
