All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Fluxe & Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs inspections, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@fluxe-and-co.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
