Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM UK time (London, GMT/BST) on a business day (Monday–Friday) start processing the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, start processing on the next business day.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Costs
We charge a simple flat shipping rate per order, and shipping is FREE on all orders of $67.00 USD or more (or the equivalent amount in your local currency, applied automatically at checkout).

Prices on our store are displayed in your local currency using current exchange rates (amounts may be rounded). The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping Time
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States – Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
- Canada – Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
- Australia – Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
- New Zealand – Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
- Mexico – Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
- Ireland – Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
Delivery estimates count from the day your order ships, after the 1–3 business day processing period. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Refunds, Replacements & Fees
Once a replacement or refund is approved by our customer care team (see our Return Policy), we process it within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We never charge restocking fees.
Shipping Delays
Fluxe & Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs inspections, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@fluxe-and-co.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
