At Fluxe & Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale Policy

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, all underwear, leak-proof underwear, incontinence underwear, and other intimate apparel sold by Fluxe & Co are final sale items.

These products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered.

This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been worn, tried on, washed, opened, or remains in its original packaging.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

We will gladly replace or refund products that:

  • Arrive damaged;
  • Arrive defective;
  • Arrive with manufacturing defects;
  • Were incorrectly shipped by us.

To qualify for an exception, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to verify the claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Fluxe & Co before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and policy acknowledgements as evidence in response to disputes.
